When it comes to the life span of a human being Adulthood refers to the time when a person is at the point of complete intellectual and physical maturation. The term "adulthood" is generally considered to begin at age 20 or 21. The age of old is 60 years old after middle age. As we grow older, there are three distinct stages early adulthood (18-30 years), Middle Adulthood (30-60 years) and finally, late adulthood (60%-60%). It is the time of physical maturation that you reach when you turn 20 to 40 years aged. Our height and weight are likely to grow. In the early years of adulthood, we attain the top of our physical capabilities.
